Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Offer counseling and support for various challenges faced by patients/residents and families.
- Assist in discharge planning and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree and LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
