Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents are essential aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
- Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and guests.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications as per state regulations.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
