Job Description

We are hiring caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring individual needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Respond to dining needs while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

  • Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
  • Prior experience with seniors preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in the residents' best interest.
