Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, provide assistance with daily living activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend adjustments in care levels.
• Participate in developing individualized service plans and provide life enriching activities for residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management programs.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and good judgment.
