Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, participating in life enriching activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain safety and compliance with community policies.
• Provide dining assistance while upholding service standards.
• Encourage residents to engage in enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the residents' best interest.
