Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the shift.
- Adhere to safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
- Engage residents in enriching activities and meal assistance.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications as per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
