Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building relationships, attending to individual care needs, and enriching the lives of seniors under your care.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during your shift.
- Maintain Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
