Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Risk Management programs.
• Promote a welcoming and hospitable dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
