We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents are key components of this rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Create Individualized Service Plans and update them monthly.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Participate in life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with compassion.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
