Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, provide assistance with daily activities, and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
• Encourage residents to engage in life enriching activities and maintain a high standard of hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required, with previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
