Job Title: Caregiver
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking Caregivers to provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with a specified group of seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED and previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
