Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide leadership and ensure quality service delivery to all patients in alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices and policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of healthcare initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment for the nursing team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS certifications.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
