General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology. You will demonstrate good clinical skills, provide high-quality images, apply radiation protection principles, and ensure patient and family-centered care.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with patient verification and accurate documentation.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure compliance with quality control.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Maintain competency in assigned areas and assist in training new hires.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required.
- CRT-BLS (BLS) required upon hire.
