Job Description
We are seeking a talented Radiology Technologist to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis. In this role, you will perform diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology, ensuring accurate and efficient results. As part of our team, you will uphold our commitment to Patient and Family Centered Care, advance medicine, and maintain the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following established procedures.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document information.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Communicate effectively with staff and medical personnel.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and adhere to quality standards.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Assist in training new employees and students.
- Maintain competency in all assigned areas of radiology.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
