Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health on a full-time basis, working during the day. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. Your responsibilities will include acquiring patient histories, ensuring patient safety during procedures, operating imaging equipment, and educating patients on procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to the training of new hires and students, maintain equipment cleanliness, and stay compliant with quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist upon hire required.
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist within 180 days required.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association upon hire required.
